We make our Servio dulce de leche daily using only the freshest grassfed, non-GMO milk from our farms following our family's original recipe passed down for four generations.

Our dulce de leche is made by concentrating milk at a high temperature and adding sugar to the mix. Although it may seem novel, dulce de leche has been present for years in various stores and preparations worldwide. It is also known as “Milk Caramel Spread”, “Dulce de Cajeta” and “Arequipe”.

Besides its wide use in desserts in all latin restaurants and bakeries, franchises of Starbucks, Häagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry's worldwide have created recipes taking advantage of its superb flavor. The winner of the award for best dessert of the world in 2020 was “Chocotorta”, a recipe where dulce de leche is the key ingredient.
